It's universal, people cannot hold on to their bladder for a very long time! It was a real surprise to see people take a leak in the streets (one above). Making their impression on the closed shutters!
By the way, relieving oneself at Paris is a costly affair. It will cost you 40 cents. (You cannot avoid the urge to convert it into Indian rupees)
